If you suffer from any chronic conditions we can help you develop a plan to manage your care.
The Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) is a yearly appointment with your primary care provider (PCP) to create or update a personalized prevention plan. This plan may help prevent illness based on your current health and risk factors. Keep in mind that the AWV is not a head-to-toe physical.
These checkups may include blood tests, height, and weight measurements, and vaccines and will help track and protect your child’s health as he or she grows into an adult. These visits are generally covered at 100%.
Well baby check ups to monitor your infant's health as well as developmental milestones. Receive assistance with breastfeeding issues such as engorgement, over supply and difficult or painful latch from an IBCLC certified lactation consultant.
