Meet Sara

Sara is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience caring for patients and helping them find the support the need to feel their best. In 2017 she founded Heart and Soul Family Medicine with the vision of providing compassionate, personalized car to the West Point community and surrounding areas.

Outside of work, Sara is a proud mom of two. She and her family love traveling together- especially exploring new places in their RV. Whether at home or on the road, Sara's heart is always centered on connection, family, annd helping others live healthier and happier lives.

Hilorie Garside, APRN

Meet Hilorie

Hilorie is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion nfor truly caring for people annd helpingn them find lasting solutions to their health concerns not just quick fixes for the symptoms. Before becoming an NP, she spent 9 years as a Labor and Delivery nurse and lactation specialist where she supported families through some of life's most meaningful moments.

Outside of her work, Hilorie is a proud mom of 4 kids, and Gigi to 2 grand babies. She enjoys traveling and experiencing new places, but her greatest joy is connectign to people in a genuinne way, while guiding them towards health and wellness.

Dr. Gretel Crison, DPM

Meet Dr. Crison

Dr. Crison has been practicing medicine for over 25 years and has built her career around helping patients improve their health and quality of life through podiatry. She loves the unique opportunity her specialty provides-by focusing on one part of the body, she's able to make a difference inn countless ways, from wound care to surgery and everything in between.

Outside of her work, she is a proud mom of 3. She enjoys spending time outdoors whether it's hiking a favorite trail or staying active through kickboxing. With her depths of experience and knowledge she is dedicated to helping people move forward with healthier stronger steps.
